DIY TIE FRONT BELL SLEEVE TOP

This top taught me one lesson; Have enough fabric on hand! lol. I bought the fabric used for this top in my local fabric store on their black friday sale in 2019, and it was the last 2 meters.

I loved the paisley-like print, and the colour. However, I did not know what to make with the fabric, so I took to Instagram and asked my followers to vote the clothe I should make with it.

This top was vote for an I think I did a good job trying to replicate it although there are a few obvious differences. If I was to make this again, I will have enough fabric to make the sleeves longer and more of a flute shape than a bell sleeve. In addition, I will make the top shorter and reduce the width of the neckline.

Regardless, I really love this top. I love the tie front detail especially. What do you love about this top? and would you try it?
