Easy Knife Pleats using a Fork (Knife-Pleat Skirt)

Making knife-pleats could be quite a daunting task because they are smaller than box pleats. They require calculations to determine the amount of pleats, the size, fabric needed, etc. Too much maths in my opinion. lol

Learn how to make an easy knife-pleated skirt using a fork. To make this process easy and fast, I made use of a fork to make this knife-pleated skirt. The fork made pleating the fabric easier because no prior measurement or marking on the skirt is needed. And I ended up with pretty neat pleats. Watch me make this skirt in less than an hour as I prepare to go to work for the day. I made this skirt using a floral print Ankara fabric (African print fabric). Ankara pleated skirt!
